A study in neutrals, this vintage wheel thrown teapot is covered in several shades of a grey beige color. An ironstone glaze covers the lid, and a portion of the pot, handle and spout. The bottom half is in an almost khaki color matte glaze with a stripe of a darker bluish glaze dissecting the two colors. The spout is attached with a unique textural pattern at the base. Hand crafted strainer on the inside of the pot so no tea leaves get into your cup.
It stands 7" high and is 9" wide from the spout to the handle. No chips or cracks. In good vintage condition. No artist marking that we can see.
